576 Food Services Supervisor – Grade 5
Full time position preparing food and assist in the training and supervision of trainees in Gateway Community Industries, Inc. Food Service Program. Assemble and deliver meals for catering contracts as needed.
Requirements: HSD or technical school diploma plus one year experience in commercial food services. NYS driver’s license; must maintain a driving record which meets the insurable criteria of the Agency’s automobile insurance carrier. Must have a favorable result from Background check, facilitated through fingerprinting and mandated by NYS law Chapter 575. Must be available to work alternating Saturday mornings.
Hours & Location: UC/Kingston – Mon-Fri, 7a-3p
572 Program Registered Nurse – Grade 14
Full time position with primary responsibilities for our OMRDD/OMH Residential program. Provide medical/nursing and safety services for assigned consumers. Serve as a resource person providing health information, teaching and coordinating care with community resources. Provide backup to the Nurse Manager.
Requirements: NYSRN license and two years experience in medical/surgical nursing. Experience with disabled population preferred. Must have a favorable result from Background check, facilitated through fingerprinting and mandated by NYS law Chapter 575. Valid NYS driver’s license; must maintain a driving record which meets the insurable criteria of the Agency’s automobile insurance carrier.

568 Residential Manager – Grade 11
Full time position responsible to manage the day to day operations of the regional program, including the responsibility for staff supervision and the safe and therapeutic care of the residents, in accordance with Gateway’s goals and certifying regulations. Assure effective delivery of habilitative services. Function as a Qualified Mental Health/Retardation Professional (QMH/RP).
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service field; 2 years experience preferred. Working experience must include at least one year supervisory experience. Valid NYS driver’s license; must maintain a driving record which meets the insurable criteria of the Agency’s automobile insurance carrier; must have a favorable result from Background check, facilitated through fingerprinting and mandated by NYS law Chapter 575.

523 Residential Specialist – Grade 6
Full time position responsible to facilitate the growth and development of the skills necessary for independent living through training and assistance in the core services area mandated by OMH, OMRDD and Medicaid in accordance with the resident’s Treatment Plans and Gateway’s goals. Provide intensive case management and counseling regarding specialized diagnoses related to MICA and family issues.
Requirements: CASAC or AA/AS + 1 year experience in community based substance abuse programs. Experience with families and women's programs desirable. Valid NYS driver’s license; must maintain a driving record which meets the insurable criteria of the Agency’s automobile insurance carrier. Must have a favorable result from Background check, facilitated through fingerprinting and mandated by NYS law Chapter 575.

Full time positions responsible to facilitate the growth and development of the skills necessary for independent living through training and assistance in the core services areas mandated by OMH/OMRDD and Medicaid, in accordance with the resident’s Treatment Plans and Gateway’s goals.
Requirements: HSD plus 1 year related experience. Must attend staff meetings. Valid NYS driver’s license; must maintain a driving record which meets the insurable criteria of the Agency’s automobile insurance carrier. Must have a favorable result from Background check, facilitated through fingerprinting and mandated by NYS law Chapter 575.
