| Beacon Community Residence |
Beacon Community Residence provides the opportunity for 12 middle-aged mentally ill individuals to live in a family setting while developing the skills needed to fulfill the ultimate goal of independent living. The residence is certified by the Office of Mental Health and has a 24-hour professional staff on duty.
The easily accessible, one-story ranch style residence provides a home-like environment and is located in an attractive, quiet neighborhood in the city of Beacon. The residence is within walking distance to shops and local community facilities including the library, post office, churches, and health facilities.

The fee is based on SSI Level II Residential Care and Medicaid Restorative Service rates for community residence and is subject to change.
